Yearly Condition Report ("YCR")

A yearly condition report (sometimes also known as an annual condition report) is a document described in Australian Standard AS 1851 (Clause 1.5.21, Appendix B and Appendix E) that is prepared each year for the responsible entity (typically the building owner or owners' agent), by the service provider of the routine servicing which summarises the routine service activities, records operational status, notes defects and non-conformances.

An AESMR also asks the person completing the report to confirm (or otherwise) that the installed fire protection systems and equipment generally accord with the approved design.
