Carpark

According to the Building Code of Australia, a carpark is a building (or part of a building) that is used for the parking of motor vehicles but is neither a private garage nor used for the servicing of vehicles, other than washing, cleaning or polishing. In certain circumstances a carpark may be required to be fitted with a carpark ventilation system as described in the Building Code of Australia and Australian Standards AS 1668 and AS 1670.
