Firewize Support

Firewize provides a range of support options for our customers including online, live chat, telephone, email and in-person support. We operate a four tier support system that begins with gathering relevant information, then using that information to triage the type of support that may be required.

The following form will help you log a support request with the Firewize team.  Depending on the nature of your request and the detail provided we may contact you for additional information.

Name

If you have ever visited the Doctor, the consultation generally begins with a series of questions about the symptoms to focus their attention on the area that requires immediate attention. In many cases, they might undertake some basic diagnostics such as measuring your blood pressure, heat rate and blood oxygen levels.

The same goes for fire safety, where we ask you to provide information that will help us triage and select the correct one of our specialists to assist you with your request.

Typically the information we require includes the following;

  • Your contact details (name, phone, email & company);
  • A description of the problem. Include details of the date & time when the problem was first observed, and a description of the problem as you understand it.
  • Is this an ongoing or repeat problem?
  • Has anyone else had a look at it or attempted to fix it?

Often there are specific conditions that also help us as follows;

  • Fire Alarm Systems incorporating Heat & Smoke Detectors
    • The make and model of the type of system.
    • Have the fire brigade attended?
  • Fire Sprinkler Systems
    • Is there a leak? Is is a small, medium or large leak?
    • Have the fire brigade attended?

Any information you have may be useful in helping us attend to your request.

Once you have submitted a request, a member of our support team will log a job in our computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) and may contact you for additional information.
