The BC-200 is best suited for small to mid-sized installations in a commercial or residential environments, however In September 2023, Honeywell Fire & Security (Pacific) announced the the BC-200 fire alarm control panel had been discontinued.
The BC-200 have served Australia for many years however, the Honeywell BC-200 has reached the end of life. Thankfully, Honeywell offer an upgrade path that will serve most existing users of the BC-200. The logical successor to the BC-200 is theHoneywell Fire-lite® SMX+.
