Structural Adequacy

Structural adequacy is the ability of a structure to maintain its stability and load bearing capacity during a fire, and is used as part of the measure of the fire resistance level ("FRL") of a passive fire elements such as walls, ceilings, doors, fire doors, fire pillows, fire collars and the like.
