Control and Indicating Equipment is an arrangement of electrical and electronic equipment that is used for receiving, processing, controlling and indicating the status of a signal (such as an alarm signal or fault signal) by way of a visual display and audible annunciator used in fire systems.

Control and Indicating Equipment typically includes power supply equipment and a secondary power source such as batteries.
