The Building Regulations (Vic) 2018 is a subordinate regulation to the Building Act (Vic) 1993 in the State of Victoria (Australia). The regulations form part of the legislative framework in the state, that covers building work that also includes the Plumbing Regulations (Vic) 2018. The regulations cover requirements including building permits, building inspections, occupancy permits, enforcement and maintenance of buildings. The regulations are substantially reviewed every ten years to ensure they remain current and relevant.
